Formerly known as the Central New York Finger Lakes Chapter, UNY NATS represents membership from western to central New York State. UNY NATS is a chapter of the Eastern Region and greater NATS organization.

Registration Guide

Make sure to know the repertoire and timing for the repertoire for registration.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to register for the NATS Student Auditions using the information from the provided links:

Step 1: Access the Registration System

Open Browser: Open your web browser and navigate to the NATS website at nats.org.
Log in: Click "Login" on the upper right corner and enter your NATS credentials.
- If you do not have a NATS account, you have to join the membership and join the chapter (Upstate New York)
- If you cannot access your account, you must contact Heather Carraway at heather@nats.org
Locate Auditions Registration: Once logged in, go to the "Auditionware" section and select the Upstate New York Chapter, and then Register your students.

Step 2: Begin New Audition Registration

Start Registration: Click “Begin Registration” to start the new audition process.
Select Audition Category: Choose the appropriate audition category based on age, voice type, and level of study.

Enter Personal Information: Fill out your contact details, including name, email, and phone number.

Step 3: Submit Repertoire

Repertoire Requirements: Review the repertoire requirements for your selected category.
- These requirements include guidelines on the type and number of songs, languages, and styles you need to prepare. You can refer to the Repertoire Requirements for specifics.
Add Songs: Enter each piece of repertoire with details like title, composer, language, and duration.

Step 4: Complete Payment

Select Payment Option: Follow the on-screen instructions to pay any applicable registration fees.
Confirm Payment: Ensure that you receive a confirmation of payment before proceeding.

Step 5: Finalize Registration

Review Registration: Double-check all details for accuracy, including repertoire and personal information.
Submit Registration: Click "Submit" to complete your registration.
Confirmation: You should receive a confirmation email with details of your registration and next steps.
